At Laura Brousset’s and Celler Credo, Xarello is their flagship grape variety for the production of terroir-driven white wines, cultivated without chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. In a land inhabited by insects and animals, each contributing in their own way to an ecosystem that, to express its true nature, requires something as easy to say as it is challenging to achieve: balance. CANETTA Blanc is a blend of Xarello, Macabeu, and Parellada. Destemmed and directly pressed, aged on lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, assembled before bottling. Fruity and lively, with delicate hints of white flowers, a beautiful acidity, and perfect balance. This wine is versatile and adapts to all situations, a unifying and festive wine!
