When you register, several types of information are collected if you register as a teacher: your first name, last name, email address, education level, subject taught, and school.
Student registration does not require any personal information.

The data is collected for the following purposes:
- To allow you to access your account and use the platform: your email and password grant access to your personal space and the ability to create documents shareable with your students.
-To help us improve our website, products, and services to better match your needs.
-To inform you about our educational tools (newsletter).
-To allow you to be contacted by us or by other users of the platform.
2.3. Recipient
Only Plus Éditions SAS, publisher of the DocPlus website, is the recipient of your personal information. This information is never shared with third parties. Plus Éditions SAS does not sell user data.
2.4. Data Retention Period
Your personal information is retained by Plus Éditions SAS for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes listed above, and no longer than 3 years after your last use of the platform.
2.5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
In accordance with Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR (April 27, 2016, effective May 25, 2018), you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, transfer, and object to the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights by:

We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone.

If the breach poses a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Data Controller will also inform the affected individuals as soon as possible.
